Do you ship worldwide?
Right now we ship anywhere in the U.S. and APO/FPO addresses. International coming soon.

What material are the coasters?
Tough PLA with a non-slip, cork-style base. Heat-resistant and sealed.

Can I add my name or badge number?
Yes — choose “Custom Engrave” at checkout or use the Custom Order page.

How long does printing take?
Stock designs ship in 2 business days; custom orders in 5–7 days after proof approval.

Returns & exchanges?
If we made a mistake, we fix it free. Custom items are non-returnable unless damaged.
